Ingredients

• 1 pint strawberries, washed, chopped
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped, or 1 large tomato, cubed
• 1/3 cup red onion, chopped fine
• 1 jalapeño, seeded, chopped fine
• 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
• Juice from 1 lime
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt, to taste
