Ingredients

• 1/3 cup mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons canned cranberry sauce
• 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
• 1 1/4 pounds 85% lean ground turkey
• 1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or smoked Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
• 1 large orange, peeled and cut into thin slices
• 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
• 4 thin slices red onion
