• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 small onion, minced
• 2 pounds ground chicken
• 1/2 pound ground pork
• 1 package Lipton French onion soup mix
• 1 egg, whisked
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, just covered in whole milk
• 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
