• 3/4 cup butter, divided
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 1 cup thinly sliced carrots (about 3 carrots)
• 1 large or 2 medium onions, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 3 cups cooked wild rice
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups Alta Dena Half & Half Cream
• 2 cups Alta Dena Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 deli rotisserie chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cups)
