• 6-7 large apples, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
• 1 egg, beaten
