Spicy Supreme - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 lbs of beef sirloin
• 1 1/4 tsp of salt
• 1/4 cup of sutter home white zinfandel
• 5 table spoons of sofrito (availbe in grocry store)
• 2 table spoons of spanish style tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon of Adobo with pepper
• 5 turns of black pepper
• 1/2 of chipoltle pepper in adobo sauce(chopped)
• 1/4 tsp of dried oregano
• 6 slices of spicy pepper jack cheese
• 6 bernardinos water kaiser rolls
• 12 slices of bacon lettuce
• 3 tomatoes oil for lubin grill about 3 TBsp
• 1/2 cp Mayo
• basil small handfull
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice from lemon 1 good squeeze
• pinch of salt and pepper
