- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Approximately 1 cup cold water
- 1 8oz container of full fat, small curd cottage cheese, drained
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
