Ingredients

• 1 small cauliflower (cut into 1 inch thick slices - see instructions)
• 2 cups milk
• 5 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
• 1/2 lemon, zested
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
