Ingredients
- 500g ready-made dessert pastry
- 1 large pumpkin, quartered
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp caster sugar
- 3 large free-range eggs, beaten
- 200ml double cream
- To assemble the s'mores:
- 10 Graham Crackers (or any salted cracker you prefer!)
- 2 bars dark chocolate
- 5 marshmallows - your choice on the size!
- Warm caramel, for drizzling
