• 1 jar Amarena cherries in syrup
• 1 750ml bottle Bar Hill gin
• Pinch salt
• 4 ounces sous vide cherry gin
• 1-ounce honey
• Juice of 2 limes
• Splash of water
• 6 gin-soaked Amarena cherries (reserved from sous vide gin recipe)
