Grilled Oregano Chicken - Rick Bayless

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 2 tablespoons tablespoon dried oregano (or half as much fresh, more or less to taste)
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 large (3-pound) whole chicken (what some butchers will call a large frying chicken, others will call a small roasting chicken)
• 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
• 1/2 cup beer
