• 3/4 cup (175 mL) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
• 2 tsp (10 mL) maple extract
• 2 1/4 cups (560 mL) all purpose flour
• 2 tsp (10 mL) baking soda
• 1 tsp (5 mL) cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) toffee bits
