Ingredients

• 1 egg
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 2 medium sized apples, peeled and grated
• 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup raisins
• ½ cup chopped walnuts, or nuts of your choice
• ½ stick butter, sliced
• Splash of Vanilla Extract, optional
