Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2/3 tablespoons honey
• 4-5 tablespoons almond flour
• 2 cups dry curd cottage cheese (DCCC)
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon legal vanilla
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 package unflavored gelatin
• 20 ounces chunk pineapple (I use a can of Dole 'in its own juice' and haven't had any problems, but use your own judgment)
• cinnamon to sprinkle on top
