Ingredients

• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper as needed
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped

• 2 pounds of ground beef (go for an 80/20 ratio)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
