Vanilla Earl Grey Granola – Paragon Tea Room

Ingredients

• 2 Cup Rolled oats
• 1 1/2 Cup Trail mix (store bought works well!)
• 1/3 Cup Maple syrup
• 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Salt
• 4 tsp Baking earl grey powder
• 1/3 Cup Coconut oil (melted and cooled to room temperature)
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
