Ingredients

• 1/2kg sliced cherry tomatoes
• Few basil leaves.( I used dill, roka (rocket)
• Little chopped spring onions.
• Few black & green olives.
• 100ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon black vinegar ( I used a bit of lemon /garlic vinegar)
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry oregano
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
