• 4 slices thick slices sourdough bread
• 2 eggs
• 2 cl milk
• 0.5 tsp vanilla bean seeds
• 1 pinch salt
• butter for frying
• 250 g mascarpone cheese
• 2 tbsp freshly brewed espresso
• 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
• 2 tbsp honey
• 40 g pistachios
