• 2 Pounds freshly ground sirloin or round
• ½ Cup diced roasted red peppers
• ½ cup fresh diced red onion
• ½ cup diced pickled beet
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 table spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 table spoon soy sauce
• 6 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
• 6 Kaiser Rolls split
• 3 ripe avocados mashed
• 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
