This Boozy Strawberry Lime Soda is the perfect summer cocktail! You make your own strawberry simple syrup to keep in your fridge, and it's very simple.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup strawberries (tops removed and sliced into quarters)
- Ice
- 4 oz of rum
- 1 can of lime LaCroix (or other lime-flavored sparkling water)
- 2 limes
- A few dashes of Lime Coriander Bitters
