Ingredients

• 1 little ciabatta (crust everywhere is what you’re looking for, no sourdough nonsense)
• 100g ham cut up into chunks
• Lashings (2 heaped tbsps) of Branston Original Pickle
• A handful of pickled celery, carrot and cauliflower
• A generous amount of mayonnaise (1 heaped tbsp)
• A handful of cooked macaroni cheese pasta, cooled down completely, then deep-fried until golden and crispy
• A handful of shredded baby gem lettuce, parsley and pomegranate seeds
• A sprinkle of shoestring fries
• A bag of Ready Salted crisps
