- 1 lb lamb or mutton, cut in pieces
- 2-3 Tbsp ghee OR oil
- 1-2 med.onions, chopped
- 1-2 teasp. garlic paste
- 2 teasp. chili powder
- 3 teasp. garam masala powder
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 teasp. salt (more or less to your taste)
- 2 tomatos, chopped
- water
- coconut flakes,(to garnish)
