• 1 ea Onion, diced
• 2 ea Bell Peppers, diced
• 2 ea Celery, stalks, finely chopped
• 29 oz Tomatoes, can, Crushed
• 14 oz Tomato Sauce, can
• 2 cup Chicken Stock
• 3 tsp Low Sodium Creole or Cajun Seasoning
• ½ tsp Pepper
• 2 tbsp Litehouse® Freeze Dried Spring Onions
