Ingredients

• Butter for baking dish
• Cooking spray
• 3 lbs medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut in ?-inch slices
• 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 1 Tbsp Italian parsley, minced
• 1 Tbsp rosemary, minced
• 1 Tbsp sage, minced
• 1 Tbsp thyme, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
