Ingredients

• Mellow Yellow Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil (enough to cover base of pan)
• 10 sage leaves
• 150g pork mince
• 1/4 red onion, grated
• 1 tbsp grated apple
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp reserved sage-infused cold pressed rapeseed oil
• Sea salt & black pepper
• 10 dumpling wrappers
• Spring onions, finely chopped
• Fresh chives, finely chopped
