Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (yes, more butter but separate)
• 3/4 cup dried milk powder (I used non-fat)
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 3 tablespoons sugar plus 3/4 cup sugar – divided
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon clove
• 1/8 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
