- 2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- thumb-sized piece ginger, finely grated
- a little flour, for dusting
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
