Glazed Holiday Ham Recipe – Sparrow Hill Farm

Ingredients

• a half cup of Dijon mustard
• 50 whole cloves

• 1/2 cup each apple jelly and maple syrup
• 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
• the grated zest and juice of 1 orange
• zest of 2 limes
• juice of 2 limes
• 8 thin slices ginger
• 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup honey
