Snickerdoodle Chickpea Cake – Baked by Melissa
Inspired by my original chickpea cake with chocolate chips, this snickerdoodle chickpea cake has hidden nourishing ingredients in it that your kids will love.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup date caramel
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
- ¾ cup coconut cream
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
