- 1 kg chicken mince drained
- 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa
- ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies and garlic
- ½ cup fried onions
- 2 teaspoons Tandoori paste or masala
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- Chopped dhania (coriander)
- Add in 3 cups liquidised tomatoes
- ½ can tomato puree or 2 pkts tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup water
- Add in kebaabs
