• Fennel blossoms for garnish
• 5 fennel bulbs with stalks
• 1 lemon
• 2 Tbsp Jordan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Kosher salt to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 2 ounces apple cider vinegar
• 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
• ½ grilled fennel bulb
• 1 Tbsp shallot
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 garlic clove
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp sumac
• 2 tsp fennel pollen
• 1½ cups Jordan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 Tbsp fennel frond
