• 2 celery sticks diced
• 2 carrots diced
• 1 green pepper diced
• 1 large onion diced
• 3 medium potatoes diced
• 1 can green beans
• 1 can corn
• 1 can cannellini beans
• 1 can tomato soup 14.3 oz or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• 3 teaspoons garlic or three cloves minced
• 1 ½ teaspoons basil
• 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper
• 3 cups of veggie broth or more if you want it juicy
