Cheesy Beef and Tomato Quesadillas

Ingredients

• ½ tbsp olive oil
• 300g Sadia Beef Minced
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp unsalted beef stock
• 350g shredded cheese blend (Cheddar, Monterey jack and mozzarella)
• 6 flour tortillas
• Salsa, guacamole or sour cream, for serving (optional)
• Vegetable oil, for greasing pan
