• 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 3 Cup Chicken Stock, low-sodium
• 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1 Cup Yellow Onion, small onion, small diced
• 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 3 tbsp Sugar, or more, as per taste if tomatoes are very acidic.
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Garlic, 2-3 cloves, minced
• 1/2 Bunch Basil, small chopped
• Salt and Black Pepper, as per taste
