• 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) honey or maple syrup
• 5 mL (1 tsp.) Dijon mustard
• 1 mL (¼ tsp.) salt and pepper
• 1250 mL (5 cups) baby spinach, washed
• 75 mL (¼ cup) red onion, chopped fine
• 1 small pear, chopped into small pieces
• 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) dried cranberries
• 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) chopped pecans
• 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) crumbled feta
• 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
