• 15 cherry bocconcini
• 3 Qukes® baby cucumbers, cut into thick rounds
• 1 small bunch Midnight beauty seedless black grapes, stems removed
• 1 Calypso® mango, peeled, cut into 1.5cm dice
• 1 large orange, juiced, strained
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tbs white wine vinegar
• ½ cup (125ml) olive oil
