Chargrilled Chicken With Roasted Cabbage Wedges & Lime Hazelnut Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
• 2 limes, zested and juiced
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp olive oil, plus extra to brush
• 4 x 150-200g chicken breast fillets, each cut into 4 pieces
• 1⁄2 small red cabbage
• 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
• 40g hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
• 1 cup mint leaves, shredded
• Lime wedges, to serve
