• 8 oz water
• 10 oz short pasta, (such as trivelli, fusilli, penne, shells, etc.)
• 4 oz (1/2 cup) pesto
• 8 oz ricotta cheese, (whole milk or part skim)
• 2 oz parmesan cheese, (shredded)
