Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies – Sweet Saffron Spice

Ingredients

• 100g smooth peanut butter
• 20g rolled oats
• 70g icing sugar
• 2 tbsp runny honey
• 150g plain flour (I used 100g plain and 50g wholemeal plain)
• 130g light brown sugar
• 40g cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg (if using wholemeal flour add a little more egg)
• 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
• 75g unsalted butter, cubed
• 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
