• 5 pounds sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into 2” pieces
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
• 3 cups mini marshmallows
