Fabulous chocolate cream baked in the oven and served with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, both flavoured with orange. This recipe was created by Klas Lindberg, Chef of the Year 2012.

- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp Crushed coffee Beans
- 75 g 70% cocoa Chocolate
- 200 ml sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 4 tsp grand marnier
- 200 ml whipped cream
