Ingredients

• 1 x cup bran
• 1/2 x cup olive oil
• 1 x cup yoghurt
• 1 x egg
• 1 & 1/2 cups spelt flour
• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 x teaspoon baking soda
• 1 x teaspoon baking powder
