• 2 London broil (flank or top round)
• Marinade:
• 5 cloves garlic minced finely
• 4 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar
• 4 tbsp lemon or lime Juice
• 3 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1 ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp dried Italian oregano
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• 6 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
