• 150ml veg oil
• 50ml white wine vinegar
• 1 tbs Dijon mustard
• Splash of water
• 1 tbs balsamic
• 3 tbs olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 75ml veg oil
• 75ml olive oil
• 50ml Chardonnay vinegar
• ½ shallot diced
• Few sprigs chervil chopped
• 15ml soy sauce
• 15ml rice wine vinegar
• 1 lime juiced
• Pinch sugar
• 2 tbs chopped coriander
• ½ a chilli diced
