• sea salt flakes and cracked pepper
• 160g (1 cup) Midnight Beauty® black seedless grapes, picked from the stems
• 1/4 cup (60g) extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbs white wine vinegar
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
