• Pinch celery seed

• 1 ½ each. bags frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
• 2 cups. sour cream
• 5 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 tbsp. dried minced onions
• 2 cups. cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 cups. cornflakes, crushed
