Hearty cherry muffins with frozen sour cherries, easy to make in 60 mins. Perfect for dessert or coffee time!
Ingredients
- 300 g Frozen sour cherries
- 7-10 Tbsp Oil
- 125 g + 100 g sugar
- 75 g Kernel mix (sunflower, pumpkin, pine and soya seeds)
- 7-10 Tbsp slightly + 125 g soft butter
- 12 TSP demerara sugar
- 2 packages Vanilla sugar
- 7-10 Tbsp Salt
- 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
- 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
