• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons (2 sticks)
• 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
• 4 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
