• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
