Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Cookies – Eat More Chocolate Eat More Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup peanut butter, divided (I use Skippy Naturals)
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
